having C&C 4 Tiberian twilight. Log in screen pop up, however after putting correct and same username and pass as by EA account, mistake message popping up "general system error".
Not sure how to log into game and play.
So the problem that I found out.
If your password is more than 8-16 (guessing with 16) character long, you can't login in the game. 🤨
So you need to change your EA password, login twice with your new password that is 8-16 character long.
EA need to fix the link sync or implement it. So we only need to login once.
How can I read EA support? I can only find the stupid chat bot.
I deleted it on Steam an installed using the EA app. Same issue. First login works. Second login password error.
My EA support ticket is closed without an answer and I can't start a chat with support for some reason.
I can login using my EA account. Then select my user from years ago. Then the game starts. Then I have to login again. It keeps saying the login I just used is not valid.
I can start the game, but then it asks again for my login. It does not recognize the password I just changed.
As it is now August, I can see this problem still has no solution. With me, the launcher asks for my username and password, which it accepts mine no problem. Then I enter the game and have to login AGAIN (WTF??? Why login again!), i use the exact same credentials and i get a message saying my email, username, or password is wrong.
have you tried to change your password? It did work for me but only for a while. After a few restarts the error pops out again. I'm assuming that there might be some problem with the game detecting your online status. maybe I'm wrong it is just random.
I had this same problem and then it fixed itself after I made a complaint and some restarting but I now have the same issue again.
