Crate won't open and gone after re-open the app

Hi,

Today I reached level 9, when I got the new crate to open, the open button won't click no matter how I tried. So I had to force close the app and re-open it. The problem is that when I re-opened the app there's no option to open that crate again, and I didn't receive anything as well.

Could you fix that and give me a new crate?
