Didn’t get my Colossal crate when winning a competition

I think that the bug might have to relate with multiple screens loading in the game. I once experienced a similar situation where I started a match, and on the screen where you meet your opponent, a blurred out version of the cloning chambers appear, notifying me that the cloning is completed. The cloning chamber notification disappears when I click it and the match continues on as normal. My guess is that in your case, instead of the cloning chamber, its the rivals race results screen. The game then runs a match and then you can't access your rewards and the match can't be controlled properly. Its like playing the game while your blind or that a malware placed a screen wide advertisement that always stays on top.

Hey @Player_9wuru0nr was this the Rivals Race for Nod? I can see you finished 1st in that race and can confirm your rewards were added to your account. The issue you encountered seems odd though, that a match would trigger. Did you go to enter a match straight away after your last match/when the race ended? As for your rewards, you got the following:

- 176 Commander Dr. Liang cards

- 42 MLRS cards

- 57 Mohawk Gunship cards

- 69 Wolverine cards

- 49 Militant cards

- 57 Scoprion Tank cards

Thanks for confirming @EA_Grasshopper . Yes it was a NOD rivals battle that I last played I believe. The battle that played in the background I did not start, it started when trying to collect the crate waiting for it to do the display of all the booty from the crate
