Unfortunately I'm not aware of anyone connected with the developers of Rivals visiting these forums. Your best course of action maybe to take it up with Ea.com/help
That's where I started, actually.
I ended up opening two cases because the first one timed out, but both agents mentioned something similar: Their department isn't connected with the game and that I should try to get a community manager's attention by raising awareness here.
They basically said that unless enough people make their voices heard, nothing will be done, which seems to be the case for most bugs in games belonging to big companies like EA.
