Sorry that I didn't reply earlier.

Due to the amount of different Huawei devices, it takes longer than expected to get to the bottom and find a resolution. Rest assured, that we have not forgotten about and are working hard on it.

I am using Huawei Mate 9 with a Kirin 960 processor, I am encountering a very poor resolution of the Rival gameplay too.
Hope to get it fixed asap.

Unfortunately, the solution the team had in mind wasn't easy to implement, so they went back to explore other ways to improve the graphics on those devices. Rest assured that we are still working on it.

You people could also go to your manufacturer forums and ask them or people on the forums who had issues with other games.

Search Google for people with similar problems with other games.

It's not always a games fault that your device isn't working.

Also in your own software and hardware there can be bottleneck programs running 

Has for Samsung a8, your problem is Samsung's own built in software on your phone called game launcher.

It automatically reduces game quality to save battery life.

There is many fixes to this on YouTube and thier own forums.

Looking on Huawei own Dev forums there is many post of people saying you can't run WiFi and bluetooth at same time while gaming, they suggest disable the Bluetooth and there is also a 3rd party software fix for the resolution problems in alot of games.

Just remember people look to your own device forums for fixes and if you tried them, post your results

I have quite a lot games and never had any problem. Read whole post please, this is one of the fastest tablets on market. I can run the game with high fps, but lowest details. The problem is, that the hardware is not detected properly by the game and therefore resolution is set to low. The solution could be if we can adjust details manually, something like Low, medium, high, ultra...
