Chapter 3: fuel station keycard missing

Hey, has anyone else had this? I’m basically stuck there

    So I was mistaken, had to go to south fuel first, I uninstalled and reinstalled to my SSD, reloaded at the end of mission 2, wasn't a whole lot of extra work to get back to the key card which was there now.

Switching to boarderless and reloading my save fixed this for me.

NOTE my save was on the other side of the gondola.
