Color patches on surfaces

Question

I have a RX 7900XT and i have weird color patches (red/green/blue/purple) on surfaces that appear briefly.
It does it with any Reflection settings on anything else than "low"
It disappears too fast for me to screenshot.
I've tried a clean install of the drivers after a DDU cleanup.
Default drivers setting, i don't overclock/undervolt.
Others with Radeon 7900XT/XTX cards have this issue so i don't think i need to list my full specs.
It's only this game as far as i know.
I notified AMD already. i just hope the devs read this because it seems game specific.

Looking over the image is the same color patch on your gun? If you move around the corner is there a light source shining where the purple is?

@EA_Illium There's no light source of this color, it appears in very various hues and only lasts a split second.
It doesn't happen with reflections on low. The same thing happens in Need For Speed Unbound, it's using the same engine.
