I paid for dead space 3 yesterday and have the email to prove it now on this email it says to go to origins my game section to download it and when I go there I can not see my game is there anything to be able to see it and actually get the game I have paid for

Yes it works this way with the e-mail selection. And its good that at least here is someone who knows something. But the support is really awfull, there are people sitting who dont know anything and are just giving wrong information the whole time.

Don't bother with EA live chat, they just copy and paste answer scripts and don't look into any issues at all.Your best bet is EA support via phone. Don't let them fob you off with "wait a few hours - it should appear" demand that they give you a code to redeem the game or request a refund, which you're lawfully entitled to (within 14 days I believe?).Wish DS3 was available on Steam ☹️

@facpalm Actually, I'm providing you recent update that's why some advisors were also didn't know it that time. And @talastriel If you cancel your order from bank, then your account will get mark with chargeback. Next time, now you will have to contact before placing order. So best option I will use, TRY EMAIL. Provide your Order number and Last four digit.

Okay, Step by Step.To conatct Support with Email try to follow these steps:Login into https://help.ea.comNOW MOST IMPORTANT SELECT PRODUCT AS The Simpsons: Tapped OutPlatform: any because it is mobile game so only those option available.Now, describe your issue in detail, provide real game name and platform there also (when describing issue), Order number and last four digit.

just got through been told my problem is the bank hasnt sent the money accross yet and to see what happens on by monday evening. PLease post up what everyone elses reason are thanks guys

I was nearly 90 mins on the phone but i got through to an Irish dude who said he was not aware of any issues personally but he checked my account, saw I ordered it and gave me a code so I could redeem it. He think the purchasing is not automatically generating a code like it should which is causing all this grief.
I kept him on the line whilst I put the code in and now she is downloading.
So it is Fixed!
Just hope you dudes have the patience to deal with that god awful hold music to get it resolved!

A joe think you spoke to same guy as me we have different problems then cos mines my bank think it might be cos ive been abroad the bank might have rejected dunno. thanks though

Ah rite aye, I had that with RBS before, they were suspicious if I did anything abroad or in 2 countires in one day or even the first day I got home they would block everything then phone me to tell me something I already knew! But i guess it is just fraud protection but no use for you today...

Oh we'll she eventually told me to phone so I've asked for a refund, let's see if they can get that right.
