anyone had any luck? 52mins on hold now chat gone to25min wait.

just got through been told my problem is the bank hasnt sent the money accross yet and to see what happens on by monday evening. PLease post up what everyone elses reason are thanks guys

I was nearly 90 mins on the phone but i got through to an Irish dude who said he was not aware of any issues personally but he checked my account, saw I ordered it and gave me a code so I could redeem it. He think the purchasing is not automatically generating a code like it should which is causing all this grief.
I kept him on the line whilst I put the code in and now she is downloading.
So it is Fixed!
Just hope you dudes have the patience to deal with that god awful hold music to get it resolved!

A joe think you spoke to same guy as me we have different problems then cos mines my bank think it might be cos ive been abroad the bank might have rejected dunno. thanks though

Ah rite aye, I had that with RBS before, they were suspicious if I did anything abroad or in 2 countires in one day or even the first day I got home they would block everything then phone me to tell me something I already knew! But i guess it is just fraud protection but no use for you today...
