Bought the game yesterday during the promotion, and still no show on the games list. Talked to someone with the live chat and the gave me a number to call: 0870 243 2435 and to tell them the problem. Been on hold for about 55 minutes now (with no signs of stopping).
As far as I can tell (from the limited investigation I've done) it looks like a key generation problem. Usually, when you buy a game online (Origin or elsewhere) for digital download, a key is generated which you use to activate the game. When you buy through Origin, it generates a key and activates the game all in one go. The problem is, no key was generated. However, purchasing is a different process, so that goes through fine. You buy the game, but no activation takes place. As far as the Origin client is concerned, you don't own that game. It will show up in your purchase history though.
Maybe a simple solve for this is to distribute keys for any effected customers, but that's just a stab in the dark. That probably won't happen.

On the live chat they told me, that the ordering process is not completed yet, but Origin tells me it is completed, the money is booked on my bank account and i also got the order confirmation without a key.
Then they tell you things on the live chat, that it always takes 3-5 days for processing an order, what is just not true... They dont seem to be intersted to solve the problem at all, as they got the money I have exactly the same problem, terrible service by EA!!!!!! I will not buy again from Origin

getting same issue currently on hold for 30 mins all i can say is they better fix it when i get hold of one of them as getting rather angry at lack of support after reading peoples comments

funally got through to ea support stated that payment wasnt complete yet money had left my bank and order status was completed guy went away to speak to finance to see what the issue is came back and advised that this should be available in my my games and alsso sent out to my email no later than 6pm tonight

well its now 7:30pm and its not showed up so back on the phone again probally will be yet again another hour for them to issue my game ea this is taking the piss

Got the exact same problem. Got through on the phone but got fobbed off being told it was my bank not transferring funds fast enough and made the mistake of hanging up before checking whether other people were having the same problem. Furious now. If anyone makes any progress on this I'd love to hear about it.

Same here not a response at all. Payment taken and confirmation email but no show in Origin. On Live Chat but 25/30 wait. I'll think I'll leave it and get a refund. Not the best of service today!

Yea I will also reverse the money on my credit card, as it seems noone is willing to solve any problems. And on the livechat they tell you its not possible to withdraw on the purchase, althought they have to do it by EU law
