I've had no luck getting any responses since my first chat with someone on their live chat system

Don't bother with EA live chat, they just copy and paste answer scripts and don't look into any issues at all.
Your best bet is EA support via phone. Don't let them fob you off with "wait a few hours - it should appear" demand that they give you a code to redeem the game or request a refund, which you're lawfully entitled to (within 14 days I believe?).Wish DS3 was available on Steam ☹️

This is getting silly (same problem), this is exactly why no one likes EA I suppose.

I think everyone with the problem basically needs to stir up attention, get this forum as big as possible etc because this kind of problem is pathetic for a company of this size.
I had the same problem here. I've purchased both Crysis 3 and Dead Space 3 during this promotion. In the invoice there was a link to download Crysis 3 (which is now safe and sound in my computer), but the only thing related to Dead Space 3 besides the price paid was a note saying to check My Games list. I've tried to reload the game list, I've checked for any hidden game and I've even uninstalled and re-installed the Origin app but without success.

Its not pathetic for the company, it just tells you what the company is like and what they are intersted in...

I would like to add my name to the growing list of upset customers. Bought this alongside dmc, dmc has appeared on my list but dead space 3 has not. Got the confirmation email and the order history shows the order has completed.

Some players are having this issue because Orders get cancelled due to any reason. Either contact support to confirm it or check your transaction history but it takes 5-10 business days to return it.
Contact support seems to be taking to long according to some users. I am waiting for more than 4 hours to have a chat with a EA advisor and I not fell like to spend money by calling them to have them sending me from person to person until the problem is solved. Since I paid with credit card it is more easy for me to just call my credit card company and cancel my transaction than spend more money on a call that according to some users as low chances of success.
