Hi. I have recently purchased Dead Space mobile from the Google play store and cannot get it to install.After running the client the game attempts to download additional data but only gets as far as 25% / 36Mb on every attempt before displaying the following error - DOWNLOAD FAILED 25%- "progress has been saved. Reconnect then relaunch app to continue download (-11)I can see from the game reviews and other posts online that this is a common problem, but I can find no solution.I tried re-installing the game but that didn't change anything.My device is a 2013 Google Nexus 7 running the very latest version of Android. The device is not rooted.I am attempting to download via a strong wifi connection, this is not a connection issue on my end.I have searched the EA support site and read the Android FAQ and cannot find a solution, it does not seem possible to connect to live help for this title.Please can you advise on how to either get my game working or obtain a refund please, the very short refund window provided by Google play has passed.

Hello Barry,I'm not willing to go back to kit kat for just one app either, but is there a fix in the works? Could you provide a rough ETA, or would that be asking too much?

Are you running Lollipop? It may be worth going back to KitKat.

Yes, it would seem that this is a problem for many people, if you take a look at the reviews on the Play store you will see many others who are in the same position as me.
I'm sorry but I can't accept rolling back the whole operating system on my Nexus 7 as a solution. There is nothing listed in the game's requirements that states that it wont run on Lolipop.
If there is no other option to get the game working can you please advise as to how I can get a refund.

Explain to the Advisor that the game is not compatible with your device and you should be able to get a refund processed.

Thanks Barry.
I have followed the link but when I try to click through the options to get put through to an advisor it isn't possible to select Android as a platform for Dead Space, the only mobile platforms that I can select are Ipad / Iphone.

That is okay, just go with that and then let the advisor know it is an Android issue when you make contact.

Hello, I have a Nexus 7 and for some reason me and lots of other people who have nexus 7s are getting stuck at 25% on the in game so who ad. I hope someone can fix this thanks!

Problem solved on my asus zenfone 5 with lollipop.

1- I just installed the game from playstore in another phone wich the game currently works (motorola razr d1 kitkat) and download the data.
2- Install the game from playstore in the phone where the download get stuck (asus zenfone 5 lollipop), but dont open the game to prevent download to start
3- copy the folder "android/com.ea.deadspace_row" from the working phone to stuck phone and vóila.

Dead space working

If anyone interested I can send the zipped folder
