Dead Space crashes every 15 minutes on Xbox Series X

I digitally bought Dead Space 2023 the night it came out and I’m still on chapter 2 because the game will freeze and crash to the Home Screen just about every 15 minutes causing me to have to replay ...

I created a guest account played up to the part with the slamming door. I was able to play through the whole fixing the tram part, went back through the slamming door and got a freeze/crash after going up the stairs just after fighting the guy that comes out of the floor.

@ChanMan59595 so the guest account worked up until you get to that point, then kind of backed around and when you went through the door again, it happened?

Have you been able to get past that part since it did it again?
