Dead space remake Holt's rig missing

Question

Seems the game has forgotten I picked this up on an earlier chapter. I've bee using quick resume on my series x and only using one save so can't dial it back. When I go back to the exact spot (where tendril explosion reveals it) there is only an empty space. It's a shame as this was the last rig I needed! Hope you can patch out this bug soon for anyone looking to unlock the master key.

So I’m tying to get the master clearance, I have all 7 rigs I need but I still have the mission get holt’s rig. But it’s in my inventory and the mission says not accessible. There is no way for me to get it again, I’m not sure how to fix it either.

I got all 7 rigs but the game still says I need to get holts rig...no way to make the master key like this
