Dead Space Remake Screen Flickering (PC)

Has anyone else ran into this issue? It seems to mostly happen when opening doors/entering new areas. When it happens, it looks as though the camera has been blurred (see attached image). I've got to say it's pretty annoying and it's giving me a literal headache.

Hi @ThatGuyT0m It me be a streaming/loading issue if we don't have enough ram. Do you have the option to test a device that meets system specifications? If not this might be something you see while playing on the device.

To check does it only happen in this area? Also would it be possible to get a DxDiag?

This issue has persisted throughout my entire playthrough so far; it's not one specific area. I've attached the DxDiag, my only guess is that it could be a RAM related issue due to it being lower than specification. Once I've entered a room, the flickering happens for a few seconds and eventually stops, the game then runs fine until I reach another area and it happens again.
