Deathloop, died while saving unable to stop

This is on an Xbox Series X, I have encountered a problem where I used a save station as an enemy I didn’t hear or see was approaching, and now it insta-kills me before the loading screen fades. This is on medium difficulty in chapter 10, a little bit after the zero-g ball. I cannot open any form of menu, so I also cannot load any previous save. Loading in after quitting the game doesn’t change this at all. It would be nice if I could actually finish this game and not just be stuck in this one death-loop for eternity, even if I have lose 10-15 minutes of progress, but I don’t want to lose 10-15 hours of progress.
