Deathloop, died while saving unable to stop

I encountered this on my impossible run (at the beginning of chapter 5), I can manage to break out of the loop but obviously voiding the run as I instantly die when booting the game. I also unknowingly uploaded this save to cloud, is there anyway to salvage my progress? Thanks.
