Can’t get the controller disconnect to work
thinking about trying to get PS+ uploading a save to the cloud and deleting the one on my hard drive
I just don’t wanna lose all my progress
I was able to work around the issue, and wanted to share my experience. Please note this is not a recommendation - I’m only sharing what I did. Try at your own risk:
I deleted my save data from the console (NOT everywhere - this way my data was still on the cloud). I then opened the game, and canceled the data sync immediately. I started a new game and I believe I returned to main menu during the opening cutscene, and was able to load my manual save from there. I might have closed and reopened the game after starting a new run, but I honestly can’t recall.
Happy I found a workaround, but this issue still needs to be addressed.
