Deathloop, died while saving unable to stop

Had a similar issue. I just completed the scene where you get the ADS cannons online and re-entered the spacecraft. I had one red health nub left with no first aid, so I was looking for a quick save. I found one, but right by a doorway with some crawling heads. I died the first time right away, so the next time to avoid having to travel back through the ship, I bum-rushed the save and did a quck save. Problem is, I died immediately after. Now...I'm stuck in a loop where the game keeps autoloading the savepoint where I'm instantly (so fast the screen doesn't even show game footage, just screams and then a reload initiates). I can't stop it, unless I load my Save data to the Cloud and delete my local copy. Then the game becomes accessable again, but I'm effectively starting over. Which is 100% not what I want to do. I'm playing on a PS5. Not sure what version I have but I think its the latest updates.

I just found out the way to fix it! I cant believe it worked but i leave me death loop on my series S. All these fixed didn't work for me before.
I cant believe i say that, but don't turn off your controller or anything, just spam down arrow and A (xbox version) or X (PS5 version) after first epilepsy warning. OMG it just worked for me!
