I GOT THE FIX,
I just got off the phone with customer service and it was a strange fix. You can get the game to run if you right click on the EA launcher and "run it as administrator"
This solution has worked for me i tried it on the EA launcher the doing it from the desktop dead space icon. it seems to be working for me.
Before this i tried everything also, un-installed and re-installed both game and EA launcher, cleared the cache, and double checked all my updated drivers.
I've never seen a game from a launcher service needing administrator permission before.
First time posting here could not find the normal button to post on the main board sorry.
Hope this helps some people out.
Hi everyone,
The issue that was causing this error should be fixed now. Please try launching the game once more when you've got the chance.
If you're still having any trouble playing, please let us know.
Thanks for being patient with us while we were working to get this fixed!

Hello , None of those solutions worked for me , I had to install Origin and download Dead Space Remake on there for it to work , the EA launcher app is garbage. Until you fix the download issues on the EA app, I'm going to keep using Origin because its actually works , thanks
