EA Play Pro Dead Space Remake Download Issue

Hi @Everok1 Can we try a few things and check if you can download Dead Space or another game on the EA Play List?

• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Thank you for responding, but I'm sad to say that none of these seemed to work. I've noticed that I can't download EA Play Pro games that are not in my library, but since I tried the trial of Wild Hearts through Gamepass first I can download that one. I can also download normal games I have in my library.

I have the same problem and only happen at DEAD SPACE. Any other game can be download successfully

if someone figures this out lmk please. every game will download except this game.

I wanted to play Dead Space Remake today and specifically bought EA Play Pro. Unfortunately, I have the same problem and I can't download the game. Do something about it!

I don't know if i figured it out, but at last, after having cleared shaders many times and even uninstalling EA app a few times, the download finished. My best advice is to try these three thing. 1. Locating the game file under EA games folder. 2. Uninstall and reinstall EA app 3. Clearing shaders in Help - app recovery. Also, i was not able to download it being connected to a LAN cable, only wifi. Again, might not work.
