I can't download dead space trough Ea Play on PS5

I bought Ea Play to play Dead Space i played the game for a few hours then they took it out from the subscription. Now its back in but when i try do download it it shows an error , i contacted Plays...

@-_-Bossin-_-1313 Hey, this should be resolved. If you h ave not checked yet, can you please check again and see if it is there for you to download?

    It still doesn't work. And i can see it on the store there's a lock on the top right corner and when i click on it and then hit download it shows an error

      @-_-Bossin-_-1313 Can you you log into the PS store Here, or the PS app and see if you can send the download to the console?
