I can't download dead space trough Ea Play on PS5

I bought Ea Play to play Dead Space i played the game for a few hours then they took it out from the subscription. Now its back in but when i try do download it it shows an error , i contacted Plays...

@-_-Bossin-_-1313 Can you you log into the PS store Here, or the PS app and see if you can send the download to the console?

I tried it. It doesn't work.

    @-_-Bossin-_-1313 Okay, just to confirm with you, your EA Play sub is showing active under your subscriptions yes? This was an issue at one point and was resolved. 

    Also, can you try the following and see if they help?

      My subscription is active and i tried all the steps and it still doesn't work

        @-_-Bossin-_-1313 Ive seen other posts on it. As it was an issue previously, I reached out on it to see if I can get more info. As soon as I get more info I will let you know.
