Keyboard and mouse not properly detected

Is anyone else having issues with the game not properly detecting keyboard and mouse, the player character wont zoom out of ADS, running is not allowed as well as stomping, keys that are recognized are as follows: WASD E and TAB, all others are null, the mouse is only recognized when firing and nothing else. I was trying to reset the controller bindings as other threads have said that is the resolution but i can only get into the pause menu by pressing escape, after that the only input i can give the game is to escape the menu, no other input will be taken from my keyboard within that menu.
