Constant Main menu, RIG menu stuttter and freezes, Crashes upon ALT+TAB, Changing Fullscreen to Borderless.The game runs fine, but opening the main menu drop fps down to 4. There are areas where my fps goes from 60 to 10 After opening a door. Closing the door brings the fps back upto 60.Changing anything in the rig menu crashes the game too.

@EA_Illium I have attached my dxdiag as well as a video. Notes for the video : The audio crackling is due the framerate taking a huge hit, down to 5fps. Also notice how inside the same room, as i approach the door, the frame rate drops, i had my fps counter on but my shadowplay didn't record it. What was happening in the video was, i was getting 57-59 fps but as i approached the door it would drop down to 23 and drop some more in the next room.As i walk away from that door, the fps goes back to 59. This is the area where it starts and it continues all the way down, where you do the mission objective in which, the game crashed last time i went there. I haven't played the game since, because before this section, the entirety of chapter one i never had any area that would make the frames drop down to 20s. And the menu issue was consistent throughout chapter 1, so is the crashing when i change any setting. So I wanted to try Dead Space Remake 2023 on Impossible difficulty but this happened numerous times in a row so i ALT TAB to check my mails and suddenly keyboard and mouse were not responsive in game, could not open inventory and i could not even aim with mouse. After playing the game again it happened the same in Chapter 4. I started the game on Easy, Medium and Hard and then it happened in Medical Lab where i was stuck/locked in the room. I aimed in the other room and it was black and i couldn't get through. Funny enough i finished the game on Story without problem but when i tried to put a challenge on hard or impossible, keyboard and mouse controls were not working as i said and i was stuck in medical room which i had to force close the game. Oh and yea achievements will not register and on impossible difficulty already made it to Chapter 4. Is alt tab a bug that i actually need to have game open entire night? Anyone else had this issue? The only fix is restart the game but if you play on impossible and when keyboard controls stop to work while you try to alt-tab, well you're done for. If there's a fix let me know if it isn't then fix the game properly as i tried everything i could. Please before you start with ''update windows & drivers'' they already are current with Windows 11 Pro to all new version possible that there is so imma provide my specs below Specs : - MOTHERBOARD : Gigabyte Z590 D ATX - CPU : Intel Core i9 11900F - GPU : NVIDIA Phoenix Gainward Geforce RTX 3090 24GB GDDR6X - RAM : Corsair Vengeance XMP 2.0 Gaming 32GB DDR4 3600 MHz CL16 RGB - OS : Windows 11 Pro Updated to newest version possible. GameReady Driver : 528.24 (24.1.2023) No new updates were made as this is the newest version. GeForce Experience Version : 3.27.0.112 This is the newest version. @OfficialBlazyPlease include a DxDiag file to help identify the specifics of your system. Should take some effort off in remembering specific details like driver and software versions. I recall in this post that rolling back your NVIDIA driver can help with some issues, so it may be worth a try

@OfficialBlazy The screenshot is nice, but if you click "Save All Information", then upload that resulting file, the dev team will have more to work with.

I didn't have that error either, instead, my system was crippled when the engine sent an invalid command to my GPU and locked up my computer

I saw Slovenščina as your language setting, so the button that says "Save all information" or "Shrani vse podatke". God, I hope that translation is correct...

Hello @EzioMaverick can we try the following steps and check if this continues?

Make sure the game is installed on an internal SSD (versus HDD or external SSD connected via USB)

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Rolling back your GPU drivers to a previous version then test

Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

I have already done everything you suggested before making the post. None of it seems to help at all.
The game was already on ssd, rolledback the drivers, nothing seems to help.
Alt+tab is a guaranteed crash,
The frame drops are possibly due to how the game handles streaming, because it's just a door, but opening it tanks the framerate, i am talking about the door near the very first shop, next to the tram station.
Main menu stutters are bad, applying any setting has a 50% chance of a crash.
Picked up rifle, went to inventory, clicked on it : crash.
Changed resolution : crash.
Changed borderless to fullscreen : crash
Even after you quit game, the game remains an active process, until you go into task manager and end the process.
Multiple users are facing these same issues.

There is no other than OBS. I've updated game currently and there was no keyboard bug for now but still achievements aren't registered.
