PC Camera Forcibly pointing toward the floor

Question

Hello,
I am having a problem with the camera on the PC version of the game. The camera keeps looking down at the floor and every time I try to move the camera it keeps going back to looking at the floor. The issue began when I couldn't sprint using the shift key and I unplugged my Gamecube controller adapter from my computer. The sprint key worked but my issue with the camera started.
I have tried different fixes with no success including uninstalling and installing, restarting my PC, and uninstalling the controller adapter.
Another problem I am having is the rig taking too long to pop up.

Hi&nbsp;@slaytallica8895&nbsp;To check if you remove all usb devices and just try mouse and keyboard does this continue to happen?&nbsp;

Hi, yes I did remove all USB devices and the problem is still occurring.

can we try the following steps and check if this continues?

Make sure the game is installed on an internal SSD (versus HDD or external SSD connected via USB)
Run the&nbsp;System File Checker tool then Check for&nbsp;Windows&nbsp;and&nbsp;GPU&nbsp;updates&nbsp;&nbsp;
EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu &gt; Help &gt; App Recovery)&nbsp;
Repair Games (Go to My Collection &gt; Select the tile Dots &gt; Repair)
Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
Rolling back your GPU drivers to a previous version then test
Put your device in a Clean Boot&nbsp;then launch the game

Hi, I should have mentioned that this is on the Steam version of the game

@slaytallica8895  we can still try most of the steps above, beside the clear cache and repair the game. Instead, for those steps you can verify the game in your Steam Library.
