My system meets and exceeds the minimum requirements for the game.
Tried all of the potential fixes that you mentioned here, nothing worked, tried uninstalling Game Ready drivers and installing Studio drivers, still no change. Still minimal GPU utilization, and still crashes in the exact same spot, right after high quality textures load in during the intro Kellion ride
