Reunion Trophy glitch - Dead Space remake

Hello,

Has anyone had the issue with seeing the alternate ending but no trophy pop up?

I recently beat it and saw it after collecting and placing all 12 markers. Loaded it back up and saw it a second time… still no trophy…
