Soft Lock chapter 11 - No quarantine after Hammond Convo

On the way to meet Kyne in the hanger there is supposed to be quarantine bit after some Hammond dialogue. That never happened and I can freely walk straight through the flight lounge. No necromorphs ...

Same except I sprinted through the flight lounge into the security rooms right before the doors of the hanger and the quarantine did trigger but I wasn't in the room. I got the vid call from kendra after it like normal but the shuttle still wouldn't land. thankfully I had a chapter 10 save that I didn't save over (I'm playing on medium).
