Unable to download via EA Play Pro

I have the PC version of EA Play Pro. The version that comes with Game Pass Ultimate works as I have been able to download those games, however when I upgraded, I was unable to download the new Dead ...

    I appear to have found the solution. If I unlink my Xbox account that has Gamepass, then it found the game and appears to work just fine.

I have this problem. I have Ea Play Pro on PC and I try to download Dead Space, but when I download I always receive "There's a problem with you download. Give us a few minutes, then try again". I tried again both with my ssd and harddrive which both have sufficient space but I always get the same error. How do I fix this?

    @HobGoblinGobbler If you have your EA account linked to a Xbox account, try unlinking them. That’s what worked for me.

      I linked Xbox and then unlinked it aswell as Steam and Ps4 and now its downloading finally. Thank you for the tip 😉
