Xbox - No NG+ options after beating game

Thanks for taking a moment to share this issue with us, I wanted to get additional information on this. If you are still running into problems with NG+ please let us know the following.

I am having the exact same issue. Beat the game, watch credits, New Game Plus unlocks, I select new Game plus and the A button doesn't work. I try to select, go back to main menu, same thing, A button does nothing. 

I quit out of the game, load it back up, no new game plus and I start right at the final boss fight. I beat him again, and the same thing happened again. I wanted to go through the game a few times on new game plus please fix this ☹️

Same here. Xbox series X. Beat the boss, Watch credits, unlock NG+. Game locks up and refuses to work when trying to load NG+. “A” button stops responding entirely when trying to select NG+. Restarting game leads to losing my progress and having to beat boss again and then run into same issue. Done this three times now. Please fix. 

Same things as the others: beat the game, try to play ng plus but A button doesn’t work. Restart, ng plus option isn’t there anymore. Other rewards like the level 6 suit and the extra credits aren’t there as well, and beating the game again doesn’t fix it. 

Xbox Series S, Region is South America (Brazil), issue started today, aside from that I’ve been getting constant freezes from chapter 10 onwards on stuff like cutscenes and during points where I assume the game starts loading the next area, and when using the bench as well. It started more or less as the same time the game said I couldn’t make more saves due to a lack of space (even though there’s plenty of space on my console).

Is anything else happening? When I finish the game, the NG+ options pops up but I'm unable to accept the option, it is just stuck in there, when I restart the game the NG+ option vanishes from the main menu.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... I've attached the screnshot proving that I beat the game since I´ve received the trophy for beating it on normal and the image rom the main menu showing that the NG+ option is not appearing.

THIS WORKED! I had to beat the game one more time but New Game Plus unlocked as normal this time. I think having too many saves screws up the game, I started having constant freezes when I got to the max save limit.

I confirm that deleting some save data to make room for the NG+ save data is a valid workaround, I can't call it as a fix, since we shouldn't need to do such a thing in first place, but yes, doing it solves the issue I've started my NG+ without an issue.
