Xbox Series X - No Audio
I’m using an Xbox Series X. Purchased the digital deluxe edition, but I don’t think that matters in this case.
There is no audio. None on start up, none in game, the game begins with a cutscene where I can see subtitles indicating I should be hearing at least a voice - but I hear nothing.
Game was originally downloaded at 11 AM EST today, when it was released. At noon, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. No audio.
I am running regular software on my Xbox, no insider beta builds.
Every other app and menu within my Xbox provides audio. I watched a YouTube video with audio. I installed GoldenEye and had audio. No issues.
I spoke with an EA advisor who asked me to clear my MAC address. Unsure why a MAC address would cause an audio issue, I did that, and to nobody’s surprise, the issue still exists.
At this point I don’t think it’s an issue with my console or my setup. Unsure how to proceed.

My issue has resolved and seems to have been an issue with my Xbox and my TV not working well together. The game was not the source of my problem.
