4'th year and still spending 4 days to fixing game closing on launch before play

My game is closing on startup, no error message, no crash, just closing, i play the game from release and i return to it once per year, last time i used few mods from nexus mods and installed them with dai mod manager but i cleaned them all due to instructions, i tried alot and game still not working, here is a list of things i tried:
-reinstall game
-reinstall origin
-disable origin in game function
-tried to fix game with origin fix
-disabled automatic update and reinstall game
-cleaned registry with avg
-system clean reboot
-added origin and DAI to exception in file scanning and firewall for my antyvirus and system firewall
-tried to launch the game with same mods i used last time
-launching game with admin rights
-changing option in properties to always auto launch game with administrator
-launching origin with admin
-cleaning origin
+to investigate , msinfo says that app causing problem might be nvcplui.exe which is app of NVIDIA but i already reinstalled it, updated and did everything what i did with origin and DAI....
Please i need help, it's becoming more and more annoying, each year before actually playing my favorite game i have to spend 4 days to try 100 fixes before the game will work, i am not a freakin Addison trying to make a lightbulb, it's FOURTH year already and this simple problem is still not fixed
