I've been replaying DA;I and, after the most recent patch, I went to do this war room quest and the parchment announcing the quest comes up and then stops. Nothing else will load. The game isn't freezing as there's still music and occasional dialogue from the advisors but I cannot get the quest to load and even leaving it for a few minutes does nothing. I have to load onto the XBox dashboard and restart entirely. Annoying.

Community AdminThanks,I just initialised this myself to see if I can replicate. I know before the patch this Operation couldn't be initialised, but perhaps there is another issue at play.
It seems to have started fine on my end but of course I'll need to wait for the timer to expire to see if I have any further issues.
What may help is if someone playing on PC could PM me a copy of their .DAS file from just before initialising the Op.
.DAS files live at My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save, and it's usually easier to sort them by timestamp than filename.

However when I ran the Op normally on my personal playthrough it went without a hitch. Can I check if folks who have this issue are still at Haven, or have you moved on to Skyhold?
Do you have Investigate the Chalk Markings completed/initialised?
Sounds similar to my issue below. Wish more people had my issue but I am going to guess majority of people past that part of the game much sooner then I did, so I am here stuck at the start because I bought the game later thus by myself with this issue ☹️
Community AdminIt seems to at least be in the same ballpark. APfB had some issues pre-patch, so I suspect it's related to the fix, but more info always helps. I've asked for some more over on your thread.

I am still at Haven and if "Investigate the Chalk Markings" is a quest than I didn't even encounter it yet.
