Can't download Dragon Age™: Origins - Ultimate Edition with origin access

I recently re-activated my Origin access for one year and tried to re-play Dragon Age™: Origins - Ultimate Edition but I couldn't even download the game this time.
I had subscribed to Origin access 2 times before and I was capable of installing the game (But never actually did) but now it won't even let me, the game itself is shown in my library but it's grayed out and there is no install/download button for the main game (All other DLCs and extra content have a download option including Awakening) [look at pics for more]

I tried contacting the support chat but it took forever and no one came.

please help me I really want to replay the whole Dragon Age trilogy but I don't want to re-do my selection from a website I want to play the game itself!

@HayWeeMe Thank you for the post. Can you check your hidden games list in case there's a duplicate panel that you can use.

If this is fruitless, I think contacting support is the best way forward, they can look into your Origin content and can hopefully get this cleared up for you.

  • I'm having this problem as well right now, and so far nothing that I have done through the help of technical support has helped.

Anyone find a fix for this? I'm having the same issue.

I contacted support today for this same issue. A woman called me. Told me to restart my computer and try playing the game again. I explained to her at least 5 times that I couldn't even download the game and she argued with me telling me I could and that everything looked fine on her end. So I really got no help at all and have no idea what to do now.

  • I had the same problem. Use the filter and choose Origin Access or purchased game, in one of them should be Dragon Age, which you can install.

If you want, i find solution.

Try to download standart edition on Origin access.

When you launch Download, you have choise for dlc.

Hopefully it's clear because my english are not wonderfull.

  • This solution worked for me. I am downloading it right now and wanted to say thank you. It didn't occur to me till I read your post that I could do it that way

  • I tried it this way and it didn't work. I spent at least an hour going around and around with their help chat and still haven't figured it out
