45+ hours on the PS3 Deluxe Edition. I got the banter during the prologue, but once I reached Haven and after, it rarely happened. By the time I got all nine comanions I've only heard five or so back-and-forth banter between them (Iron Bull-Sera, Solas-Vivienne, Dorian-Cole, and a couple from Blackwall-Cole... if I remember correctly).
I've heard/read so many good and fun things about the banter in DA:I, and it's upsetting me I've been sorely missing out. ☹️ I even started a new playthrough yesterday, 10 hours in, with seven companions, I've only heard TWO banters between them ☹️
I've had Sera and Blackwell for a bit now and neither of them have bantered at all. Not a single time. I've heard probably five to ten conversations the whole game and i am level 10 with 67 hours of play. It's horribly quiet.
