Hi everyone, I own the Dragon Age 2 Ultimate Edition on steam. I come across to EA to play it, as they make you do, and I can install the base game and play however not the DLC. I go to "Manage Add-ons" then press download. It gets to 96% and says "installation failure. I've tried every single solution I can google but please tell me your fix because at this point I'm just a girl, standing in front of her computer, begging it to download properly. Thank you.

You should be able to download and install the DLCs from this EA page.

So I have downloaded those then gone through the installation wizard. Unless there is a step I am missing, I do not know why that doesn't work for me. They still do not show up in the game under "downloadable content" and I still cannot download them under "add-ins" on the EA App. Am I missing something? Thank you.
Did you receive any error messages during installation?
Please post a screenshot of your "....EA Games\Dragon Age II\addins\" folder.
So after literal days of googling, problem solving, and even an expensive visit to the computer repair man, I have solved the problem. Turns out that despite owning it on Steam, and having EA and Steam tell me this was enough, I had to buy it on EA, then the DLC all magically downloaded. I am beyond angry at Steam and EA, what a waste of time and money. Thank you so much for trying to help holger.
