on 2 different PC config on the same day

I have the same problem with my xbox one. I cnat load a game. I can start a new game just fine so i did that and tried loading my other character from that new game and it started to load but then took me to my Xbox home page

I'm having the same issue after playing 15 hours with no problems.

Bought a hard copy for my xbox one a few days ago; worked and loaded just fine. Ive tried everything to get it to work now but it just sends me to home screen after loading. I can understand if it was a digital download, but now I'm just confused.

I can't even start a new game on my PC.

All I can see is the Bioware logo animation and then just darkness and my mouse cursor. I can also hear some calm ambient music. Then the music stops and nothing happens.

Hello.

Currently I have done all the usual things like clearing my registry files, trying to run in widowed mode etc but the furthest I can get is the Bioware logo, about 2 seconds of music and then the 'autosave do not close the game' notification. It then just hangs on black and does nothing. The Task manager says it is working but I cannot get any further than that no matter what I have tried so far.

Any ideas would be mist appreciated!
