Dragon Age Inquisition LOAD SCREEN CRASH

I have had this issue very recently. I happened a few days ago, but if I restarted the PC it would work. Today that stopped working, and I tried about 10 times in a row to get it going. It would load a black screen with a cursor, but before it did anything elseit crashed to the desktop.

Only one thing worked for me: I went to a different tab (e.g. browser window) as soon as I clicked 'play'. Then I let it do its stuff, and only cliked on the game tab when I could see that the game was loading as normal.

Working for now.

Same problem with PS4. Downloaded game, then update 1.02, now game gives me error code (CE-34878-0)

Haven't played since before Patch 2 (night shift + sleep = not enough hours in the day for games).

Sat down now to play ... Can't bloody load my saves with almost 40 hours of game time!

[edit] Also, can't start a  new game either ... Starts loading fine; Cards show up as expected; When it appears to be finished loading and should drop me into the game; BAM! Crash to Desktop

This has been happening to me in Multiplayer a lot. I'll start to load into a match and it'll just stay on the loading screen until I close out of the game. I can see my mouse and the little logo on the bottom right moving, but that's where it stays.

My problem seems to be only hinterlands area. Game freezes to black screen or crashes to desktop at the end of loading, but only in hinterlands save games. Also direct X crashes seems to occur only in hinterlands for me.

I managed to load to my hinterlands save by first loading Haven save around 2h game time, after that loading hinterlands save around 4h, next hinterlands save 5:45 and then the newest 5:59. No idea why that worked, but I tried loading newest save 20-30 times before without success. After that I left hinterlands and played Oasis area and Marshes for 6h hours without save problems or crashing. Finally I had to come back to hinterlands for couple of quests and I started getting direct X crashes again. No save game loading problems though.

Installing catalyst omega drivers or game patch 2 didn't help in loading problem. After those I tried around 10 times loading the save before finding that sequential loading worked.

I can't get how. i can't get why. but this damn thing of press tab works. thanks man!
