How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

It's interesting that most people got the mounts but no gear or soundtrack, as all I received was a weapon and piece of armor from the chest. I'm not sure where to get the mount either. This is really frustrating, but along with buying the ACU DLC before really investigating the game I have been persuaded not to by ANY DLC before I actually play the game. I'm sure we'd all appreciate to have this fixed, EA. I'm on PS4 by the way.
I've tried to redownload the Deluxe Edition DLC on my PS3 (again), and my character still can't interact with the chest. I really want to use the equipment earliest as possible before moving further into the game, which I assume it will be rendered useless afterward.
Then, I checked the DLC details again, and it only mention the 2 mounted+skyhold but nothing for the equipment? That's weird. Hmm.
- Literally I have all the dlc for ps4, can only use that really ugly horse, no armor or weapons, no new throne or soundtrack but it's installed and downloaded, u can see they are but just can't use any of it, I love the franchise though but u know its annoying when "developers know"... Soooooo I've missed out on that stuff, would appreciate the fix!
- I bought it on ps4 store . DAI deluxe edition . Game and update installed but the 4 dlc i get the message : waiting for install... nothing happens when i interact with it. Havent got weapons , armor and mounts. **bleep** this **bleep** ... we paid for additional content but they dont give a **bleep** it doesnt work. Nice going guys , you make me proud ...

These are your "Flames of the Inquisition" DLC weapon and armor. I think many people were confused when they were named something else and did not look like the armor in the advertisement.
- Yes and yes, same here. If EA don't fix this then I'll never ever buy limited edition/deluxe edition of EA games again
