How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

I entered the code as my game installed itself, it lists having four items in library but when I get directed to the actual content, there's nothing, I paid for the deluxe but I have yet to get anything in game, not even the mounts, please fix this! It's quite frustrating.
I have the PS4 version!
- I also am having issue with the dlc pack. The armor and weapon that was in the chest was the staff of the dragon and light armor of the dragon(mage). I also suppose to receive a multiplayer chest, ring and mount but when i access multiplayer mode, there is no chest, or ring. Still having issues with the soundtrack and red lyrium weapons. I have the deluxe ps3 version and inquisition chest with issues with the dlc that is included in that as well.
Same here. Pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition for PS4 via the PSN Store. All 4 addons show as installed, but I never received the starter items nor the armored horse.

Just to update, I have the Unicorn, Red Hart, and Armored Mount.
Mages get "Light Armor of the Dragon" and "Staff of the Dragon"... I did get both of these and they are garbage I found a replacement for these in about 10min...
Poor advertising means I didn't even know they where the DLC Items, and I sold them ASAP.
Single Worst / Saddest DLC in history.
How do I get this Armor and Weapons back???
ahhh so this is happening to lots of people!?
i pre-ordered the digital deluxe version and have next to NOTHING of the bonus content. no armour, no weapons, no mounts and no throne.....the only thing iv been able to get is the bloody soundtrack which I didnt even want!!
It says there aer 4 files with the game in my library also but i couldnt open the chest in Haven when I woke up and i cannot open the chest in the undercroft. There are also no missions on the war table for me to acquire extra mounts.
Its absolutely DISGUSTING that they're happy to take your money for stuff that you dont even have access to. I am 40 hrs into the game so i have no doubt the armour and weapons will be useless to me now anyway. Its a joke.
