Mosaic pieces not showing in Skyhold

This is likely a minor bug/glitch but an annoying one nonetheless. I have fully completed two of the mosaics, Archdemon and Sacrifice. While I can see the pieces on the walls of Skyhold, one of them, the one above Gatsi the dwarf mason/historian (who gives you codex entries when completing a mosaic), is clearly missing a piece.

This is a persistent problem. I have tried re loading, and all other world state refreshing approaches to no avail. It seems as though the last piece I collected never made itself onto the wall! The journal though does show it as complete. Moreover I know it is not another mosaic since no other mosaics are missing only one piece.

Is there any chance you could help me? Thank you very much in advance and congratulations on the great game!

EDIT: I actually uninstalled and re installed the game, and the problem still persists. So it is not some broken file. It must be something fundamentally related to the world state. I pressume the fix would be to simply re-synch the world state with the journal and re-render the things in skyhold. Considering the problem with Dorian's personal quest I pressume there is something wrong with the process that keeps track of the world state based on completed actions. Anyway, enough back-seat programming. Hope this get's fixed soon. Thank you! 🙂
