Multiplayer Store Won't Load

I have the same problem and it isn't a port forwarding issue either.

Same problem.

I have the  digital deluxe edition, preordered it from the Xbox One store, did not play the EA Access demo.

I have uninstalled and am reinstalling at the moment, will let you know if it fixes it.

I got an email from EA support with some troubleshooting steps but it was sent after I was reinstalling:

-Restart the console, modem and router for 15 seconds.
-Clear the system cache.
THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY HAPPEN BY RESTARTING THE CONSOLE.
-Clear the local saved games.
SETTINGS-SYSTEM-STORAGE-CLEAR LOCAL SAVED GAMES. YOU WILL NOT LOSE ANY INFORMATION.
-Delete and re download your gamer tag.
SETTINGS-OTHER PEOPLE-REMOVE ACCOUNTS-DELETE YOUR GAMER TAG. THEN ADD NEW PROFILE AND RE SYNC YOU ACCOUNT WITH YOUR MICROSOFT PASSWORD AND USERNAME.

I attempted the first one, clearing the system cache on my own before uninstalling, so that one wasn't a fix.

If you want to try the others and let us know they may help.  I dunno.  I'll post back once I get the game reinstalled and see if my store works.

Update:  Well uninstalling and reinstalling the game didn't work.

Next on the list: deleteing my gamer profile and then resyncing it I guess, wish me luck.

Update:

Followed all the suggested steps and NO FIX for this issue.

Cleared the system cache, deleted all the saved data, deleted my gamertag profile and still no access to the multiplayer store.

On a side note, the store has never worked for me Z.

I have the digital deluxe version from the Xbox store, installed to the internal HDD.

Its weird because I can still play multiplayer matches and talk to other xbox users and they don't have this problem.  In fact one time after a match, they talked to be while they were in the store and bough a chest.  So i decieded to try and see if my store would work.  It didn't.  I could still voice chat with them though and had to say good bye since my game was then stuck in the infinite loading freeze of the store.

The issue is that the Dragon Age Inquisition multiplayer store endlessly gives: "Downloading Data. Please Wait."

The store problem showed up during the trial and now also after the game is live.

I tried the following steps from EA Support, here is how I got on:

1. Restart the console.
   Turn off the console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console powers down.
2. Turn off the internet router for 30 seconds.
3. Turn the internet router back on.
4. Turn the console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. Note If you don’t see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.
5. Clear the local saved games.
   SETTINGS-SYSTEM-STORAGE-CLEAR LOCAL SAVED GAMES. YOU WILL NOT LOSE ANY INFORMATION.
6. Delete and re download gamer tag.
   SETTINGS-OTHER PEOPLE-REMOVE ACCOUNTS-DELETE YOUR GAMER TAG.
7. Re-add my gamer tag at sign in button top left.
   THEN ADD NEW PROFILE AND RE SYNC YOU ACCOUNT WITH YOUR MICROSOFT PASSWORD AND USERNAME.
8. Restart the game.
   It says 'Syncing data for Dragon Age Inquisition...', which does take a couple of minutes, be patient.
   Then back to the load screen and it says 'connecting to EA servers'
9. Open multiplayer.
10. Open store

And...

Frree chest appears - success !!!!!
