Re: Gender Issue IS NOT SOLVED

The issue is not patched yet. Till then...

1. Restart the character.

2. MOST IMPORTANT: Turn subtitles on!

3. When you're creating the character, make sure you switch the gender at least once. If you're making male, click at least once on female, then back on male.

4. Keep hitting ESC and soon you'll come to the point where Cassandra and Lelianna are talking about you. Thanks to subtitles on (which IMO should be by default in every single game), you'll see if your game got bugged or not because it's pretty hard to hear it at that point. Like this:

If it's bugged, just restart and make a new character again.

Great but what do you do when you have 50 hours of gameplay and you can't do the Cassandra romance line OR pick a specialization becuase the game thinks you are a female rogue?

Sorry but while the game is fun it isn't start over and lose 50 hours fun. Plus alot of us find the most enjoyment in seeing the story develop and turn, this GAMEBREAKING BUG totally destroys the immersion and storyiline, something that is pivotal in the dragon age RPG series.
