I'm getting a massive amount of shuddering/hitching now post patch.
Before it was silky smooth on my GTX 970 on Ultra (no MSAA) with the latest NVidia drivers - 344.75. It's so bad now I shut the game off as it was giving me motion sickness.
Moving the camera / my character is smooth (ish) for a little then kind of freezes in place for half a second.
