In both cutscenes and gameplay my game has awful fps. It doesn't matter if the graphics are on high or low it's just terrible. It's making me really mad because I just got this computer in August and...

I wish I could get 15 FPS increase. I'm sitting at 15 FPS-20FPS TOTAL. Changing from High to Low nets LITERALLY no FPS.
Never seen a game do that. And this is a system that could play Titanfall, etc. easily.

My situation with the game is weird, it seems to drop FPS when looking in certain directions, especially directions that have population in it. I just gave up and got a refund...
so running the Benchmark i go fro 70ish to 25 fps every 3-4 sec
