The Trouble with Darkspawn - Stuck in a Quest

I am at the point where I have to find Servis. I go to the fort, I kill everything including the mage and then... no mage lying on the floor. I can't finish the quest without talking with Servis but I can't talk to nothing.

Wish I could just spawn him with a console command ☹️

Anyone has any solutions? No, loading previous saves won't do it, I tried traveling back and forth hoping he'll spawn properly and now I don't have a back entrance.

I had Dorian in the party and he slammed him with that mark thingy and made Servis turn into a ghost thingy. Then it disolved and Servis was nowhere to be found.

I should also mention I had two "Blizzard's Path" staves, one looted from a corpse in the fort and the other found in a chest in the fort. I did not talk with Servis, he died in combat and was necroed by Dorian, he then disolved and I looted his drop. Did not talk to Servis. Didn't have a choice.
