Unable to access DLC using the Physical Copy (PS4)

@MLG_Scopes Is there any chance that your DLC is from a different region than your disc? If there's a region mismatch there may be issues.

If there's no chance of a region issue, you can try restarting your system fully (turn it off from the power menu rather than using sleep mode) then check again?

Thanks for responding David but no the DLC which I purchased is from the correct region and I tried turn my PS4 off and on again but to no avail. Are there any further options to take?

Hmm, thanks. I did some searching and I saw a few posts about another product with a similar issue. They reportedly found that it was fixed by returning to that DLC's store page and waiting there for the install to complete.

It sounds a bit spurious, but it's easy to try out.

@MLG_Scopes Thanks for the update, sorry that this didn't help. 

You can try reinstalling your copy of DAI on the console, then check again for the DLC install to complete. 

Is it possible for me to trade in my physical copy of the game for a digital one since the DLC only works on that?

No, there's no system in place to replace a physical copy of the game with a digital one.

You could try a friend's disc as a test - if possible -  to determine if that's a factor.
