Has anybody checked if the infamous "Lucanis has no time for a romance with you" notification still shows up upon returning from Minrathous in a playthrough where he and Neve have barely interacted?

I only had Lucanis and Neve in a party together once and I still got that notification. I stopped bringing her with him, as the first  interaction between them was extremely flirty.
