DirectX out of memory.

Hello!

I downloaded Dragon Age The Veilguard and this is the message I get as soon as I launch the game. I am not an expert in technology, videogame platforms and whatever, so I am asking if anyone has any idea of what the message I linked means. Does it depend on the Ram, Graphic Processor or what? I just want to enjoy the game I have been waiting for 🙂 Thank you!

    @EA_Illium I tried to follow the steps other users suggested but the problem persists. Then I checked the RAM and I found out that, unfortunately, this PC does not meet the minimum requirements. I will find a way to fix this, I would love to play the game. Thank you!

    I have plenty of free GB, more than those needed for the download, and extra. Thank you for replying

    Hey @apemaya802 Thanks for checking, we might want to try the steps we shared in our thread on the EA forums here. Someone also called out a workaround that might help us.

    Hi @apemaya802, Apologies for the bad news, but glad to hear you got this figured out. Once you can make a bit of an upgrade, let us know how you find The Veilguard!
