Bioware had good autor... not sure ?
Lucanis' romance isn’t a romance at all.
Nothing justifies such poor quality writing.
From where Zevran came, a character who sold us the idea of a beautiful country embracing love without restriction...we now have Lucanis, who is as compelling as a mollusk.
He bakes us a **bleep** pie, and we’re a couple? At what point, Bioware, did you think: "Brilliant idea!!"?
You gave absolutely nothing to this character who had the potential for incredible lore. Lucanis has more interactions with Neve!
She’s even in his head when we cross the Veil, and it’s just plain terrible. Where is our Rook in his mind ?!
There’s no chemistry, nothing. Where’s the tenderness? The flirting?
Solas had already kissed the Inquisitor by the time Lucanis bakes his **bleep** pie...
At what point does a pie make a couple official? WHEN?!
There’s no special interaction with Rook during combat, while on the other side Taash yells stuff like, "That's the girl I’m hooking up with!" With Spite and Lucanis, you could do a lot of scenario seriously,
Bioware, do something! EA has to let you work!
You cannot release something like this when Larian Studios is delivering BG3 !
Make a patch to fix this, because you’ve lost a lot of players after Andromeda, and now this… You’re shooting yourselves in the foot with this parody of a romance and this rushed work. Lucanis was one of the first characters who sparked people’s interest!
And i'm going to ask it in french, yeah, french people are very, very mad.
Bioware, faites quelques chose.
Merci.
